Kazuo Inamori (founder of Kyocera and KDDI, honorary chairman of JAL) says that a lot of energy is needed to accomplish work and that the best way is to enjoy your job. No matter the job, if you give it your all and achieve it, a great sense of accomplishment and confidence will be born. Then, any effort will not be a burden, and you can achieve wonderful results.
This is an extremely important point. If you are reluctant about work, you will not improve. If you don't improve, you won't achieve good results, and new opportunities won't come easily. The key is either making what you love your job or learning to love your current job. While everyone can be engrossed in creative and exciting jobs, not all jobs are like that.
For example, by setting your own goals and striving to figure out how to work quickly and carefully, even simple tasks can increase productivity. The more you work hard, considering the balance of efficiency and quality, the more your skills improve. You might make good discoveries through trial and error, which can contribute to your growth. As these contributions accumulate, there's no doubt that the trust and evaluation from those around you will increase. As a result, you will be entrusted with larger and more important tasks. In other words, your attitude plays a significant role in attracting chances. Some people may feel down when comparing themselves to others, but by putting your all into the job given to you and being creative, your path will open up.
Inamori's ideas should also be valid in the Web3 era. Even in the Web3 era, loving your job and giving it your all is the key to success. By either making what you love your job or learning to love your current job, you can adapt flexibly to technological advancements and new environments. By repeatedly trying and considering the balance of speed and quality, you can improve your skills. And your attitude will attract chances. This idea transcends time and will be an important guideline in the Web3 era as well.
